FF/Iron Man: Big in Japan 1 page 3

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is one of those boring necessities that celebrities and heads of state have to steel themselves to do when they are invited. The object is to BE there, enthusiasm is not required (or indeed, expected). But Seth gave each of the members of the Fantastic Four the same enthusiasm that he himself would have had at an event of this sort. He thought you had to bring the interest with you. That is, you are there, and therefore it becomes interesting. In just such a way, no one of the Four just stands staid and demurely waits for the ribbon to be cut. They bring the party with them. Even a ribbon cut can be full of adrenalin. Seth was always looking for ways to give the page interest and excitement.
