I love the central monster in this page, with the polka dot protrusion on its beak, the hippie flowers along its body, one for each leg, and the striped tail and tongue. It also has what appears to be a very useful cooling system for its body in the raised plates on its back. Seth was good at physics. (When he first started college he thought he wanted to major in Physics.) There are also a fine slug and a familiar (though extra large) snail in this top panel. Seth's glee in the inventing of species, however, did not stop him from drawing a detailed utility pole outside the building (bottom panel), with all its variety of cords and whatnot, in the foreground as the unusual creatures come crashing through the window a little distance away.
