Batman SNOW 193 page 17

One of Seth’s goals for himself was to make every page beautiful: that is, the overall page, not just the individual panels. He has framed this page with the two close-ups at upper left and right, both of the faces looking toward the center of the page, where the team is sitting at a table listening and reacting to Batman.
The bottom of the page has three views of the team at work. Each of these characters is seen in a confined space, surrounded and nearly dwarfed by the tools of his trade. This visual device shows us very clearly what each person is doing, shows something about his character, and gives a sense of the claustrophobia of these jobs.
Note the traffic sign in the center frame that is a triangle that says nothing but “!”.
